Old Age Health Care Program was organized on 4th July 2023 at our Vocational Centre.
In which, taking care of his health, we gave him health suggestions and Also tell them the benefits of yoga, Yoga is perfect for seniors who want to stay active without the stress associated with high-intensity cardio exercise and strength training. As a low-impact exercise, it helps seniors build joint flexibility and muscle strength with less risk of injury.
